Every Step Counts

So, take that first step, and then another....
you'll be amazed how fast they add up!

Step 1: Sign up for a free account. You MUST be on campus or behind the UCSF VPN to create your account. Once created, you can login from any computer.
Step 2: Pick-up your free pedometer. You MUST print your confirmation email and present it, along with your UCSF ID Badge, at designated pick-up locations to receive your pedometer.
Step 3: Start using the many tools UCSF offers to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle, including goals, walking routes, activity tracker etc...

UCSF Walking Program Groups:

Mission Bay:
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30am-12:00pm
• Meets at the Bakar Fitness & Recreation Center Lobby

Parnassus:
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00-12:35pm
• Meets at Parnassus Central Desk, 500 Parnassus Ave.

Laurel Heights:
• Wednesdays, 12:00-12:35pm
• Meets at the Laurel Heights Lobby

220 Montgomery
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00-12:45pm
• Meet at the Pine Street entrance to 220 Montgomery (back stairway)

China Basin
• Wednesday and Fridays, 12:30-1:00pm
• Meets at the courtyard, outside of Lobby 6, 185 Berry Street

Mission Center Building
• Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 12:00-12:35pm
• Meet at the main entrance, 1855 Folsom St, SF 94103

San Francisco General Hospital
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:10-12:45pm
• Meet at the Comfort Garden, between buildings 80 and 90
